Jennifer Pawlak joined Leonard Legal Group in 2022. She is an experienced litigation attorney dedicated to zealously representing and advocating for her clients and concentrates her practice on personal injury matters, including sexual abuse cases, premises liability, product liability, wrongful death, and motor vehicle cases. Jennifer has extensive experience handling all aspects of child sexual abuse cases against various institutions including public and private schools, religious institutions, and other youth focused organizations. She began her career at a national law firm representing commercial policyholders in complex insurance coverage disputes before continuing her practice at another large firm focusing on commercial litigation. Jennifer is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York as well as before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Southern District of New York. She is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law where she served as an editor on the Rutgers Law Review.
